Hinter Auctions conduct onsite clearance sale auctions around Noosa and the Hinterland, Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Brisbane regions.

Whether you have recently sold your house, property or farm or in the position of an executor responsible for a deceased estate we have a range of auction services that can help. Onsite auctions can be the ideal method to facilitate a full clearance whilst getting the best price possible for your items.

Onsite Clearance Auction Package

Hinter Auctions can arrange an onsite clearance auction package that allows sellers peace of mind knowing that the entire sale process has been taken care of.

Our standard clearance auction package includes:

  • Lotting of items
  • Photographing items
  • Cataloguing
  • Uploading catalogue to our website for public viewing
  • Online marketing via our website, social media, email and various listing platforms

The Clearance Auction Sale Process

An appointment will be arranged at a time that is convenient for all parties involved for a no-obligation consultation We will inspect the layout and the items for sale and advise of the best way to set up for auction.

Engagement of Auction Services

Once an agreement has been reached a contract will be drawn up with the full terms of the auction services and agreement to engage Hinter Auctions to conduct the on-site sale.

Lotting, Photographing and Cataloguing

The team at Hinter Auctions will place all items into lots (a lot could be a single item or multiple items as a package). The lots will be photographed and a description added. This will be compiled into an online and hardcopy catalogue.

Hinter Auctions will promote the auction via social media, email to our subscriber list and in local publications (extra charges may apply for print advertising). We strive to attract as many genuine bidders possible.
